A little bit about me:
I am Alena Mana - which is Alyona Mananskaya, I am certified coach - therapist, yoga/pilates/meditation teacher and artist.
Being born in a small siberian town near Altai republic, when I was little I knew that I want to travel and visit every place on this planet so I studied Linguistics and learnt languages.
My journey has not been smooth, like for many of us. In my late teens I lost my parents both of whom I loved dearly. At the time I found myself in a foreign country on my own with a lot of grieving to deal with. This gave me quite a shake…and I started to explore different ways to heal myself.
My journey has not been smooth, like for many of us. In my late teens I lost my parents both of whom I loved dearly. At the time I found myself in a foreign country on my own with a lot of grieving to deal with. This gave me quite a shake…and I started to explore different ways to heal myself.
What helped me is Sports, Therapy and Art. Life is in the constant flux, I have been learning new yoga/ pilates and breathing healing techniques, new discoveries through meditation and arts and new psychotherapy approaches. All of which - as soon as I learn - I like to share :)
Any physical activity goes far beyond our body - especially when you allow yourself to focus and connect to your Breath! All together: Fitness, Art and Therapy, - help me to make the right choices and align my way of thinking. I’m truly grateful for it. For example, Pilates can help you to heal bodily injuries, but so is yoga, so is art ( believe it or not) and so is psychotherapy. It is like a multifaceted diamond - healing must come from everywhere. Body - Mind - Spirit.
I have completed multiple trainings with inspiring teachers. I am trained in traditional Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga. Also Stott Pilates, Meditation, Psychotherapy and Arts. It’s an absolute honour and joy to be able to share the magic and see transformation around me.
In therapy particularly, I help to overcome difficult feelings, set new goals and build the confidence. It is so important and needed in our world.
If I am to summarise my life's quest, mission or why I do the things that I do, it will be:
" For the inner freedom of myself and others and in ongoing search for the beauty."
I am spiritual and I do believe in The Creator - this helps me a lot, I would not be here now without my faith.
Love to all x
Alena
